Your Redmine runs in an AWS India region, supported by a team in the same time zone, on a flat plan from $29/month for 25 users. Full Redmine admin access on every tier.
A card is required to start your trial. Billing begins automatically on day 8 unless you cancel.
RedminePRO runs on AWS, and you pick the region at signup: US, EU or India. Pick India and your data resides in India. That is the whole mechanism, and it is worth saying plainly because region questions usually arrive wrapped in enough hedging that it becomes hard to tell what a vendor is actually committing to.
What we are not going to tell you is how many milliseconds faster that is from Kochi or Bengaluru than a European region would be. We have not measured it under conditions worth quoting, and a made-up latency figure is the kind of number that sounds precise and means nothing. Data residency is the reason to choose the region; treat any speed improvement as a bonus you can verify yourself during the trial.
Support is 24x7 on every plan, and that commitment does not change by region. What does change is who is awake. HAZERCLOUD Infotech LLP operates from Taliparamba, in Kerala, so a request raised at 10am IST lands with people already at their desks rather than sitting in a queue until another continent wakes up.
For migrations that difference stops being a convenience. A cutover involves a sequence of small decisions made quickly, and a same-day loop is the difference between finishing on the planned day and finishing the following week.
$29/month covers 25 users. $79/month covers up to 100. $199/month covers up to 250. Projects are unlimited on all of them, and full Redmine admin access is on all of them. Annual billing is exactly ten months' cost, so two months are free.
The reason flat pricing matters more for a growing team than a stable one is specific: per-seat pricing quietly turns every hire, contractor and read-only stakeholder into a purchasing decision, and the predictable result is that someone stops getting an account. A tracker only half the company can see is doing half its job. Here, the twelfth user and the ninety-seventh cost the same, which is nothing extra.
Plans are billed in US dollars. If INR billing matters for your finance process, raise it with us rather than assuming — that is a billing conversation, not a published price. Full pricing and the plan comparison.
Most managed Redmine offerings hand you the server and keep the administrator. You get a reduced application, and changing a workflow means opening a ticket. That trade is the reason a lot of teams are still maintaining a Redmine box nobody wants to maintain.
RedminePRO includes the standard Redmine administration panel on every plan, from Startup: trackers, workflows, custom fields, roles, permissions, per-project modules and plugin configuration. Hosting and supporting third-party plugins (BYOP) is an Enterprise feature, and custom plugin work is reviewed case by case.
We migrate you: projects, issues with their full journal history, attachments, users and roles, custom fields, workflows, wiki pages, versions and time entries. You validate the result against your live system before anything is switched over.
The assessment is free and ends with a written scope. The migration itself is a one-time professional-services fee, quoted after that assessment, so the number is known before you commit to it. Old versions are welcome — if upgrading were comfortable you would have done it already, and that is usually the point. How the migration works.
