What the data shows

Three pricing models. Most providers sell flat tiers with a user limit. Easy8 and Redmineflux price per user, at €6.90 and $1.99 per user per month, so a 25-user team pays €172.50 and $49.75 a month. AlphaNodes sells a plan with unlimited users, and My Redmine one plan for up to 1,000.
The plan that covers 25 users is often sized for more. Planio's Platinum covers up to 45 users, because its Diamond plan stops at 20. SaaS-Secure's Redmine Pro covers up to 30. RedmineUP Cloud's Small, Redmine-X's Essential and RedminePRO's Startup cover exactly 25.
The billing basis is part of the price. RedmineUP Cloud lists $83 a month billed monthly and $69 a month billed annually. SaaS-Secure lists €28.99 and €24.64. Easy8 bills annually. Redmine-X publishes an annual price only, €849 a year. AlphaNodes' price excludes VAT.
Currencies are not converted. Five providers publish in euros and four in US dollars. The table orders prices within each currency, not across them.

Ordered by price within each currency, US dollars first. Redmine-X publishes no monthly price and is placed by one twelfth of its annual price. RedminePRO's row is read from our live billing catalog.

Methodology

Each figure was read from the provider's own public pricing page on 2 October 2026. They are list prices. For each provider the table shows the plan a 25-user team needs at list price: the first tier whose user limit reaches 25, including any seat minimum. Per-user prices are multiplied by 25. Where a provider offers yearly billing without publishing its price, as Redmineflux does, only the monthly price is shown. Prices stay in each provider's own currency and are not converted. Comparison and aggregator sites are not used as sources.
