Worth stating without qualification, because it is true and everything else on this page depends on you believing what we tell you.
SaaS-Secure's entry tier is €9.99/mo, or €8.49/mo billed annually. That is the cheapest published price for managed Redmine hosting anywhere in this market. Nothing in our lineup gets close to it, and we are not going to pretend that a $24/mo plan is somehow cheaper than a €9.99/mo one.
If your constraint is the entry price — a two-person consultancy, a side project, a team with a hard €15/month ceiling on tooling — that is a real constraint and SaaS-Secure is a real answer to it. For each row we take the cheapest tier from each provider that genuinely covers that many users. Two things the table says plainly: at 25 users RedminePRO's $24 sits below SaaS-Secure's Pro tier (€28.99, for 30), and at 50 and 75 users RedminePRO's $49 Plus plan is below their €54.99 top tier and covers up to 100 rather than stopping at 75. Under 25 users, on entry price, they win.
Entry price is the binding constraint. If the honest situation is that €9.99/mo fits the budget and $24/mo does not, then this is not a close call and the rest of the comparison is academic. Buy the thing you can afford. A tracker your team actually uses at €9.99 beats a better one you did not buy.
Your team is small and staying small. Flat pricing is a bet on growth. At four users, RedminePRO's $24 buys 21 seats you do not have and may never have. If headcount is stable and low, the cheaper entry tier is straightforwardly better value and there is no clever argument against it.
You are testing whether Redmine suits you at all. Spending the smallest possible amount to find out whether the tool fits is a sensible way to run an evaluation, and a €9.99 tier is a cheaper experiment than anything we sell. Users. RedminePRO's $24/mo Startup plan covers up to 25 users with unlimited projects, against 10 on SaaS-Secure's €9.99 Team tier. At 25 users the honest comparison is $24 against their €28.99 Pro tier, not against €9.99 — those are prices for different things.
Full Redmine administrator access on every plan. This is the sharpest line in this market and most providers are on the wrong side of it. On RedminePRO you get the real Redmine administration interface on your instance — trackers, workflows, custom fields, roles, plugin configuration — from the $24 plan up. Ask any provider on your shortlist the same question: on the plan I am actually buying, can I install a plugin myself? Confirm SaaS-Secure's policy with them directly.

A choice of data region. RedminePRO runs on AWS in the US, EU or India, chosen by you at signup, and your data resides in the region you pick.
Compliance posture you can hand to procurement. HAZERCLOUD maintains active ISO/IEC 27001 certification covering its information security management system, and RedminePRO operates inside that certified ISMS. Encryption at rest is AWS KMS with AES-256; in transit it is TLS 1.2 and above. Backups are continuous and encrypted with point-in-time recovery. AWS's own data centers hold SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI-DSS and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications. Payments run through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, so card data never touches our systems.
