This is where we lose part of the comparison, so here is the whole table rather than the flattering half of it.

The moment a team passes RedminePRO's Plus ceiling of 100, the next plan up is Business at $169/mo, and that is $69/mo more than My Redmine's published flat rate for a tier that covers ten times as many people. Above 250 users we do not publish a price at all — Enterprise is a custom quote — while their $100 holds all the way to 1,000.
So a 250-user team, and certainly a 500-user team, optimizing purely on price per seat should look hard at My Redmine. At 500 users their published price works out at $0.20 per user per month. We are not going to construct an argument that $169/mo for 250 seats beats $100/mo for 1,000 seats, because it does not. What we will say is that price per seat is rarely the only variable at 500 people, and the next sections are about the others.
You have more than 100 users and price is the deciding factor. Their published flat rate beats our published tiers from 101 users up, it requires no negotiation, and it does not change when you hire. If that is the whole requirement, they are the answer and you should not need a sales call to get there.
You want a very large seat ceiling without a custom agreement. A published price that covers 1,000 users is unusual. Most vendors at that scale want a conversation, a procurement cycle and a bespoke contract. Being able to read the number off a web page and budget from it has real value, particularly if your organization moves slowly.
You need a lot of storage in the base plan. 200 GB is a substantial published allowance and it is included rather than metered. If you have years of attachments to bring across, ask both vendors what your volume costs before you decide.
You are optimizing for the simplest possible bill. One line, one number, no tiers to outgrow, no per-seat component, no annual/monthly decision. Finance departments like this more than product people expect them to. Our comparison of every Redmine hosting provider.
You have fewer than 100 users. At 25 people it is $24/mo against $100/mo, and at 100 people it is $49/mo against $100/mo. Below the crossover the arithmetic runs the other way and it runs strongly.
You need to choose where your data lives. RedminePRO runs entirely on AWS with a choice of US, EU or India, selected by you at signup, and your data resides in the region you pick. My Redmine is Japan-operated. If a data-residency requirement is going to land on this decision — a customer contract, an internal policy, an EU-based legal function — that choice is the thing to check first.
You need the integrations out of the box. Slack, Discord, Rocket.Chat, Mattermost, GitLab and Bitbucket ship with RedminePRO, with Google Sign-In and Microsoft/Entra Sign-In from the Plus plan. At scale, single sign-on is usually not optional.
You want support in English, 24x7, included. 24x7 support on every plan from $24/mo, with priority support on Business. My Redmine's help desk operates Monday to Friday in English, Japanese and Chinese, so hours and timezone are worth checking against your team's.
You want an SLA and a compliance story to hand to procurement. The Business plan carries a 99.9% uptime SLA. HAZERCLOUD maintains active ISO/IEC 27001 certification covering its information security management system, and RedminePRO operates inside that certified ISMS. Encryption at rest is AWS KMS with AES-256, in transit TLS 1.2 and above, with continuous encrypted backups and point-in-time recovery. Worth being clear about where there is no difference, because a comparison that finds a competitor lacking on every line is a comparison nobody believes.
